As a group of avid hikers, my friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Host & Stay - No 3 Sandside in Whitby. the central location was perfect for exploring the nearby Captain Cook Memorial Museum and Whitby Abbey, all within walking distance. the property itself was immaculate, with stunning views of Whitby Lighthouse and the sea. We were impressed with the attention to detail in the decor, and the cozy sitting area and terrace made us feel right at home. the free WiFi was a bonus for sharing our adventures with friends back home. the garden was a peaceful retreat after a day of hiking and cycling nearby, and we even enjoyed a relaxing evening dining al fresco with the garden furniture provided. We can't wait to return and explore more of the area, with Dalby Forest and Flamingo Land Theme Park on our list for next time.
